Overview
OtterKit gives you two primitives, on one account and one pool of prepaid credits:
Webhook endpoints - permanent URLs served on OtterKit's edge. They answer every sender 24/7, verify signatures, store the full request history, and forward matching events - no server of yours involved, and nothing needs to run on your machine.
Tunnels - public HTTPS URLs for any local port, one command, with live capture and replay while they're connected.
You can drive both from three surfaces, and they all share one login:
CLI + MCP server - built agent-first. Log in once and any AI agent on the machine provisions, awaits, inspects, and replays on its own; every command speaks --json. Console - the web dashboard at console.otterkit.com for browsing captures and editing endpoint configuration. OtterKit for Mac - a free native app that shows every session live in one window, exposes local ports in a click, and enforces spend guardrails a browser can't.
